I am thankful for all the steady support and final evaluation on my vehicle value, Frank Colletta and his professional team of St Lucie auto appraisal, he was able to challenge State Farm Third appraiser with a higher estimate on my car Value which granted me a higher pay out than the insurance first offer ; he stay steady and commited to excel everyone’s expectation please do not hesitate in reaching out St. Lucy Auto Appraisal I trusted his voice and expertise and gave me an excellent final settlement . They know their job and are willing to fight for your best interest. Thank you Frank you are so appreciated by many !!! Happy to give you my 5 stars plus !!!!Posted on Jade GourisTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Do yourself a favor and call Frank at The St. Lucie Appraisal Company!!! After my RAV4 Hybrid was declared a total loss, the at-fault driver's insurance company offered me only $15,012. I spent considerable time negotiating on my own and provided evidence that my vehicle was worth more, but they refused to adjust their valuation. Then switched the claim to my own insurance company, hoping for a better outcome – they offered an increase to the settlement of $302. At that point, I was frustrated and decided to invoke the appraisal clause. Hiring Frank at The St. Lucie Appraisal Company was the best decisions I made throughout this entire process!!! Frank got the final settlement increased by $3,856.35!!!Posted on John BizonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Used St. Lucie Appraisal Company to dispute a total loss settlement. Franklin represented me through the formal appraisal clause process and secured a significantly better outcome than the insurance company's initial offer. He knows the process and handled it professionally. Would use again if needed. Hopefully won't need it though!Posted on Anna AlekseevaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a great experience working with this company. They were professional, responsive, and very helpful throughout the entire appraisal process. They explained everything clearly, kept me updated, and truly made a stressful situation much easier. I really appreciate his time, honesty, and support. Highly recommend!Posted on Tom WhippleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. State Farm tried to lowball me on the loss of my motorhome. Franklin & team got me an extra $10k with no effort from me... they totally earned their fees!Posted on Steven MangTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. ★★★★★ The St. Lucie Appraisal Company turned a frustrating total loss claim into a fair outcome. After my 2019 Nissan Altima 2.5 Platinum was totaled, State Farm's initial ACV offer was $14,151 — well below what comparable vehicles in my market were actually selling for. I invoked the appraisal clause in my policy and engaged St. Lucie as my independent appraiser. From the very first email, they were responsive, professional, and transparent about the process. Their fee structure was clear and disclosed up front: $275 for the initial appraisal and an additional $275 for representation during the appraisal clause negotiations with State Farm's appraiser. No surprises, no upselling. They reviewed my evidence carefully, coordinated directly with State Farm's appraiser, and negotiated a final settlement of $17,757.13 base ACV (plus tax, title, and fees) — over $3,600 more than the insurer's original offer. After their $550 in total fees, my net gain was still more than $3,000. The math speaks for itself. What impressed me most was how seriously they took the case despite my being out-of-state (Oklahoma). They confirmed jurisdiction coverage upfront, communicated clearly in writing throughout, and delivered a result that more than paid for itself many times over. If you're disputing a total loss valuation and considering invoking your appraisal clause, I can't recommend St. Lucie Appraisal highly enough. They know the process, they respect their clients' time, and they get results.Posted on Jax RingTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We used The St. Lucie Appraisal Company for our custom-built sand car. They expertly handled the unique aspects of the build, negotiated with our insurance company, and delivered a result we were very pleased with. Highly recommended for unique or custom vehicles!Posted on Craig KookenTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My wife's 2024 Kia Telluride was rear-ended in Aug 2025 by a USAA-insured driver. After USAA paid $10,000 for repairs, we filed a Diminished Value Claim with USAA. We hired St. Lucie's to provide an accurate and detailed appraisal to support this DVC. USAA initially made a low-ball offer of $1,300. The appraisal from St. Lucie came in at around $6,000 for DV. Unfortunately for us, USAA refused to budge on their original low-ball offer. After USAA refused to negotiate or communicate over several months, armed with St Lucie's appraisal, I filed in small claims court. We didn't want to go this route, but USAA put us in this position. Six weeks after filing, USAA's attorney came back with a reasonable offer of $4,500, which we accepted. We would never have had a chance to receive these additional funds without the backing of this appraisal from St. Lucie. Thank you again, Franklin. I will tell you that Franklin cares deeply and will walk with you on this journey. Franklin answers every phone call and is extremely helpful. My insurance agent said 95% of people filing diminished value claims "roll over" and settle for lowball offers because they don't know how to handle big insurance companies. I say to you, pick up the phone, call St. Lucia, and Franklin will walk you through the entire process and have your back!Posted on Q INDEPTHREVIEWSTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. St Lucie Appraisal was great during my process. They answered their phone for my questions and even offered to be on the phone with me while I spoke/negotiated with the insurance company. They gave me step by step guidance which was awesome. They also were not ridiculously priced like many others I got quotes from. I have already recommended them to my friends and FAMILY!Posted on Gisell LópezTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My auto insurance tried to swindle me out of thousands of dollars my car was valued at during a total loss (a company who panders to veterans and service members by the way) but Frank and his team managed to settle for what my car was actually worth. Please give them a call and make sure you aren’t getting shorted out of your settlement, you won’t regret it! He was a fantastic advocate during the settlement.Showing only 4-5 star reviews
